A useful directory should show its work.

The evidence and eligibility rules behind SendANotary market pages.

What qualifies for a ranked shortlist

A provider must first pass a SendANotary-specific eligibility screen that removes national shipping chains, banks, title companies, law firms, and records where notary work appears incidental. Then a provider-owned website must support the details displayed on the card.

What “provider site checked” means

It means only that the cited website published the service area, mode, hours language, language support, specialty, or fee summary on 2026-08-18. It does not verify a government commission, insurance, certification, background check, price quote, response time, or appointment availability.

What we do not rank by

We do not publish a “best” list based on star ratings, review snippets, business names, or payment. Candidate records that have not passed the first-party evidence check are alphabetical.

Corrections

Providers and customers can send a correction with a first-party source to contact@sendanotary.com. We do not accept invented hours, fees, credentials, or service areas.
