Useful introductions. Independent decisions.
Terms for using the SendANotary independent directory and customer request form.
Effective: August 25, 2026
Directory only
SendANotary is an independently operated directory service. It is not a notary, law firm, title company, employer, booking agent, or party to an appointment. Providers are independent businesses, and inclusion is not an endorsement.
Requests are not provider bookings
A form submission goes to SendANotary for review. It does not create an appointment, guarantee a response, distribute the request to listed providers, or establish a professional relationship with a notary. For urgent needs, contact a provider directly and confirm every appointment detail.
Confirm before relying
Provider details can change. Confirm the individual notary's commission, identity, service area, appointment time, document eligibility, witnesses, accepted identification, and complete price directly. SendANotary does not guarantee availability, response, quality, legality, or outcome.
No legal advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice. A notary generally verifies identity and performs authorized notarial acts; a notary does not decide whether a document is legally sufficient for your purpose. Ask the receiving party or a licensed attorney when you need legal guidance.
Provider corrections
To correct or remove a business record, email contact@sendanotary.com with the listing name, requested change, and a first-party source where practical.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
