How SendANotary handles directory visits, customer requests, consent records, and analytics.

What we collect
If you submit a customer request, we collect the appointment and contact details you enter, such as ZIP code, timing, service need, signer count, meeting place, language, remote-notarization preference, name, phone number, and optional email. If you submit a listing inquiry, we collect the business and contact details you enter. Do not submit identification images, Social Security numbers, financial account data, or document contents.
How requests are used today
Your request goes only to the SendANotary operator for review and follow-up. It is not automatically sent to a local notary or sold to a lead network. If provider routing is introduced later, the disclosure and consent language will be updated before that happens.
Security verification and infrastructure
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site, presents Turnstile browser verification, verifies its token on the server, stores the inquiry and consent record, and accepts the notification email for delivery to SendANotary's Microsoft 365 mailbox. A visitor's IP address is used transiently for verification and rate protection. SendANotary stores only a property-specific salted hash of that address with the inquiry and does not put the raw address in the stored record or notification email.
Measurement
SendANotary records aggregate, server-side counts for completed forms and clicks on evidence-backed provider phone and website links. Those measurement records contain the event, date, provider identifier, and market where applicable—not form values, raw IP addresses, or cross-site advertising identifiers. SendANotary does not use marketing pixels or sell browsing data.
Retention and requests
Inquiry and consent records are configured to expire after five years. Aggregate measurement records expire after two years. Earlier deletion or different handling may be required by law or a valid request. To request access, correction, or deletion, email contact@sendanotary.com.
